Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Office Administrator /Executive Assistantto the Director to provide high-level administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Office, problem-solving, time management, computer skills, communication skills, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Director’s emails.
2. Manage documentation of ad hoc projects the company does.
3. Lodge and follow through applications the company makes to various government agencies.
4. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office suite.
5. Procurement - source materials and issue respective POs and arrange logistics.
6. Key in purchase requisitions into our accounting system.
7. Make travel arrangements for Directors and staff.
8. Arrange office supplies.
9. Maintain attendance tracker for all staff
10. Inventory management and checking at various company sites as required.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
2. Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malay.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality.
5. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently once trained.
